These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (user) and Precision Proof Systems, a company established in Brazil, governed by Brazilian laws.

Precision Proof offers technology solutions for:
- QCS (Quality Control System): Intelligent quality control system
- DOC (Document Control): Document control and management
- AWM (Automated Workflow Management): Automated workflow management
- Complete enterprise quality systems integration
3. Eligibility and Registration
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian. Companies must be duly incorporated with appropriate legal representation.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and use of the services.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 You MAY:
- Use our services for legitimate business purposes
- Integrate our systems with your business operations
- Request technical support through official channels
4.2 You MAY NOT:
- Use the services for illegal or unauthorized activities
- Attempt to access, alter, or damage our systems
- Reproduce, duplicate, or reverse-engineer our software
- Interfere with the normal operation of the services
- Violate intellectual property rights
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our services, including software, design, trademarks, content, and methodologies, belong exclusively to Precision Proof Systems or its licensors.
You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.
6. Data and Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the LGPD.
You retain ownership of the data you input into our systems, granting us a license to process it as necessary to provide the services.
7. Responsibilities and Limitations
7.1 Our Responsibilities:
- Provide services with adequate quality and availability
- Maintain the security and integrity of our systems
- Offer technical support as agreed upon
7.2 Your Responsibilities:
- Use the services in accordance with these Terms
- Maintain the security of your access credentials
- Perform adequate backups of your data
- Pay due fees within the agreed timeframes
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any damage related to the use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Payments and Cancellation
Payment terms, amounts, and cancellation conditions are defined in the specific contract for each service or as separately agreed.
Non-payment may result in suspension of services after prior notice, in accordance with applicable law.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' notice through our website or email.
Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement upon notice, observing applicable contractual deadlines.
We may suspend or terminate access to the services immediately in the event of a violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Rio de Janeiro/RJ, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
